MUSD FORM

All softball players enrolled in any Madera Unified School District School, will need to fill out MUSD Form to completed player's registration. Form needs to be submitted to Rosemary no later than February 4th, 2024. If form is not submitted by the 4th, parent or guardian will be responsible for registration fee ect.
