2026 MUSD FORM

All softball players enrolled in any Madera Unified School District School, will need to fill out MUSD Form to completed player's registration. Form needs to be submitted to Rosemary or emailed to [email protected] no later than February 10th, 2026. If form is not submitted by the 10th, parent or guardian will be responsible for registration fee ect.
